Today marks the first day of my marathon training! I accomplished my first training run.....
Distance: 2.35 miles
Time: 25:37
Calories Burned: 211 ( just my coffee)
This was by far the hardest run I have done in a long time. I felt like a newbie to running. As I was running I just kept thinking can I really do 3 miles this morning? Then as I was thinking that my shins were starting to act up......I know this is all part of my thinking. Now if I would have just embraced the sun, nice weather, and the ability to run, I would have had a better run.
Granted I haven't felt the fittest in a few weeks. My eating is all bad, not drinking enough water, my emotions are all whacked. But no more! Today is the FIRST DAY of the new me! I am getting back on track with my fitness and enjoying my new journey as a housewife and soon to be full time student.
If I am not good how am I going to be good for my marathon training?!
