Here is the recipe:
- 1 cup of Vanilla Soy Milk
- 1/4 of fat free cottage cheese
- 1 tsp of flax meal
- 1/2 cup of rasperries
- 1 packets of starbucks ready to go coffee - although i wld just use 1/2 a pack
- A few ice cubes
- Blend and Enjoy!
The weather is great too!
