Yummy Protein Shake

Here  is the recipe:

  • 1 cup of Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 1/4 of fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp of flax meal
  • 1/2 cup of rasperries
  • 1 packets of starbucks ready to go coffee - although i wld just use 1/2 a pack
  • A few ice cubes
  • Blend and Enjoy!
I did not get my run in today but will do my KB class and its punching bags tonight!!!!!

The weather is great too!
